Job Description:

HighRock Group is a privately-held holding company headquartered in Maryland. Our marketing team works directly with all of our held companies to promote each unique brand, manage budgets, measure ROI, and develop effective tactics to connect with local and national audiences.

We are seeking driven individuals with a passion for marketing to join our team as an entry-level Marketing Coordinator. Duties include project management, creative copywriting, managing email campaigns, and coordinating with media outlets. Applicants should possess a high attention to detail, organizational skills, experience or interest in marketing and technology, and display strong written and verbal communication.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn internal processes and software
  • Contribute to the marketing initiatives for each of HighRock Group's subsidiaries
  • Manage marketing tasks and projects
  • Help plan company events from initial concept to day-of execution
  • Manage and update online listings and company websites
  • Work with vendors and media outlets
  • Write content for blog articles, campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Execute and monitor social media posts and campaigns


  • At least 1-2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong Social Media skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management and project management software a plus
  • Experience in graphic design and/or with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
