Director of Finance
Mary’s education and experience have focused on numbers. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in accounting, she went on to work in all sectors of the accounting field – public, private, government, and manufacture. As our Director of Finance, she is involved with all things finance for the companies under the HighRock Group umbrella. Outside the office, Mary and her husband raise Angus cattle at Cool Pines Farm. She is mom to two sons – three if you count their bubbly Jack Russell named Dingo. Her human sons are Shane, a junior at Loyola University and Patrick, who lives in LA and works for the UCLA Cardiology Lab. Mary enjoys biking, reading, gardening, cooking on her Big Green Egg, and volunteering for several nonprofits in the community.
Administrative & Accounting Coordinator
Melissa (aka Neicy) is a hard worker with an infectious smile. At HighRock, she works closely with our office manager to keep our administrative and accounting projects running smoothly. With experience in front end office support, office management, scheduling, case management, and accounting (not to mention five years as a Correctional Officer), Neicy was the perfect person to jump into this important position. Most recently, she worked Verstandig Broadcasting and The Law Office of Charles E. Ganley. When she’s not keeping things in line at HighRock, Neicy enjoys reading, watching reality TV, and spending time with her friends and family – which includes three children and her two amazingly athletic grandsons.
